Thank you

Thank you to those who responded to my problem. The problem still exists so I contacted BT. They checked all my settings and it appears that there is no damag there. The man I spoke too was most helpful and he had access to my screen, through the camera on my mobile, and couldnt see anything that I had messed up. He did say that they had been flooded with queries, and there is a problem at their end. He said give it a week to see if it clears and if not get back to him. Again, I must emphasise that he was very very helpful and I would suggest that anybody with a problem contacts this service.
