Using BT/EE shop

Not sure this is the right place.  I wonder if anyone else has had trouble using the shop. I have an account... I have bought things from the BT shop, but now none of my emails or passwords are recognised!  I cannot remember which I used when I used the shop but none of the emails are recognised anyway and I do not want to change the passwords again just yet. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
