Who are Premier Communication?

I recently had a call on my landline from a company called Premier Communication who told me they could halve my line rental cost by half.  I didn't oblige them but wonder if I should give them a try.  I have researched and they seem to be a respectable company.  Has anyone else had a call from them?

I would tread carefully with any company that offers to ‘slash’ prices , invariably the savings never materialise usually it’s a long minimum term , there are hefty early termination charges , if you want to leave,

If you have broadband , moving your line rental does what to your existing broadband ?, most broadband providers require you to take their line rental , changing the line rental provider  may well cease the existing broadband service
