In the past fortnight 2 new dysfunctions have meen making an increasingly intrusive appearance:
1) After pressing the 'execute' button for an action (eg sending an email) I am seeing an error message (usually 'We are having problems with the service - Try later') and then, a few seconds later and while I am still thinking what to do about it.....Webmail does what it just said it could not (and posts the email). This is rather unsettling, and leads to lots of wasted effort -did it really go? -do I need to write it again? On one occasion, this was occuring every 3rd or 4th email.
2) After loading webmail, I've never had any difficulty opening and reading the first email I select. But recently, it has been increasingly common for Webmail to hang on the revolving dots when I click on the second or subsequent emails I want to look at. The only remedy I've found is to reload webmail, and in the second session, to make this second message my first choice to be viewed. This new obstacle is a substantial pain, especially as if the second email I wish to examine is in a subfolder or in the results of a search, reloading webmail sends me back to the inbox to repeat the navigation or search before I can choose the email to view.
Have others had experienced either of these anomalies (which I can't see have been reported before) and which I suppose are symptomatic of webserver strain and grace-less degradation?
