BT Email Access

When I try to get into my btinternet email on my laptop I get the message below. How can I get in?

Same problem for me today. Tried your idea which worked a little...got into my mailbox but cant open any emails. Get message......
"We are experiencing issues with the service, please try again later".

Same for me, I sent one this morning but now will not allow me to send anything, assume there is a more national wide issue ? ?

I can not send from any of our family BT e-mail accounts

Problems signing in to my e mail all morning with those bloody Captcha returning and Hmmm cant reach this page messages BT have finally admitted there is a fault they are working on and i hope they keep us updated because its very frustrating. 

Why did they takeaway users option to tick the stay signed in box and why are they using those Captcha puzzles which as far as i know no users like.  !
