Basic Email

Every time I try to sign in to my email account it comes up try in 20 minutes.

I had this problem 3 weeks ago. 

BT had problems which they fixed. 

They sent a link if it happened again to use the link but it's expired. 

Spoke on message site but they were no help.

I'm disabled so would Like advice who to call

you need to call CS 03301234150 and they should be able to help

are you currently a BT broadband customer or are you paying for premium email?
