Draft has no send button

Whilst composing an email it saved to draft. Going on the draft sometimes shows keep composing button, clicking on that does nothing, no send button and nothing to scroll down the page.

If you haven't already, can you please try loading webmail in a different browser, or also give this a go in a private browsing window, and let me know if this presents the same issue?
