Email, compose address not working

Just to hop in here, I have also been having the same issue using Firefox on my Mac. since the last few days.
Google Chrome on the Mac still works fine as does the Iphone email app.
So perhaps it's a Firefox/BT issue. Thanks

Not sure if this went through but on iPhone it is safari I don’t use the app

I have checked on Edge, Chrome, Opera and Firefox. With the exception of Firefox all the others seem to work as expected so it would appear that the problem is with Firefox. Firefox is the latest version 147.0.

That update to 147.0 has been available since 13th January 2026 so it may have occurred as a result of that update.

Thanks to everyone for checking that, if anyone notices anything conflicting please let me know, but I'll report back that the pattern we've noticed so far seems to be around Firefox.

@Debo100 I can't say for sure just yet, but if it's working with other browsers then this can be a good alternative in the short term.

Rest assured I've made sure the relevant team are aware 😊

Same for me, started yesterday. Get a red box with a cross in it rather then bringing up the full email,address automatically. Very tedious when the group email doesn't work and 30 names all have to be typed in manually.  must be a BT problem for them to put right.

Or a Firefox problem since the last Firefox update if you use that meanwhile try using a different browser.
