Tried uninstalling Firefox then re_ installing , no joy
Why would you expect that to work?
Exactly the same problem on Webmail:-
Window 10 and Firefox
Windows 11 and Firefox
Tried the suggestions from previous listed problem with the TO field completion.
However
Android and Bluemail app IT WORKS PERFECTLY.

If you read the thread you will see that it is only a problem with the Firefox web browser.
It does not effect email clients or email apps nor does it affect all the other web browsers that have already been mentioned in the thread.
Just use one of them until the problem gets resolved by Firefox.
Thought I,d try it as it seems to be only firefox where theres a problem inserting email addresses .no problem inserting email addresses in microsoft edge or gmail.no problem with my mobile phone or tablet
Having the problem with my laptop running windows 11 , using firefox,no problem with microsoft edge , gmail ,or my mobile phone or tablet.
Good morning @Keith19 👋
As @licquorice and @gg30340 have highlighted here, the issue identified in this thread appears to be specifically linked with the recent updates to Firefox.
I've raised this with the relevant team for investigation, but in the meantime an alternative web browser should allow you to send via webmail as normal.
Peter
thank you Peter
Good afternoon @Trevlynn.
Welcome back to the BT Community!
Just to be sure first of all, have you tried using a different browser to see if the same issue occurs?
We're aware of some issues composing messages with certain browsers at the moment, as highlighted in this thread:
