Go to compose, start to type into 'To' box, list of matches come up. select a contact. ... nah , does not enter address , just gives red text and x .. You would think BT coud test the web mail system a bit better . ( used to work fine )
Forgive me, this isn’t meant to come across as facetious so please don’t take offence, but are you having a general moan? or do you want BT to do something about it? 🤷♂️
I have exactly the same problem. Only started happening this morning.
I have tried logging out and restarting the btemail program but it still does not work.

I have had the exact same problem starting yesterday on webmail its fine on my iphone I am not going to change my browser and this appears to be a BT problem PLEASE help I use my webmail for work
I use Firefox and have done for years My problem started January 16 and is same today

I'm not suggesting that you need to change browser permanently, but can you please test it on a different device or browser to see if the same issue occurs?
As part of identifying the issue it's always best for us to understand the different setups that users have so we can spot any patterns.

Hi Yes it works fine in my iPhone
this happened suddenly 16 and again today17 th January so it is on my pc where the problem lies
Cheers @Debo100, on your iPhone was this via Safari, a different web browser, or the dedicated BT Mail app?
