Email folders and emails have disappeared

One of my Email folders under the Inbox has disappeared. It contains some very important emails that i need returned.

Have you checked the Trash folder?

Yes.

There are no folders or emails from the missing folders in the trash.

I also checked 'my folders' and there os nothing there.

One positive i am able to see some of the emails in the email search.

What should i do now? Wait to see if the folders magically reappear or rebuild them?

If the folders are not showing in your trash folders, please give our email tech guides a call and they will get this looked into for you.
