Re: failure to receive latest emails

are you a BT broadband customer?  if so have you tried using web mail instead of an app?

Re: failure to receive latest emails

Good afternoon @homealone48 and @susan77.

Are you both able to log in to Webmail successfully, or does this not work full stop?

Also have you checked to see if anything is being received in the spam / junk folder?

Re: failure to receive latest emails

Check that you are not in "Conversation" View. To do that log onto your BTMail account and click on "View" in the menu bar at the right hand side. Scroll down and Single click "conversation view" to toggle it on or off.

When you toggle it on or off you will see the name "Conversation View" change colour from grey to blue when it is turned on.

Re: failure to receive latest emails

Also why does my Safe Sender list keep getting filled up with spam email addresses?

Re: failure to receive latest emails

@susan77 I'm not quite sure what you mean here.

Safe Senders should be email addresses that you manually categorise as safe, and this will therefore keep them out of being categorised as spam.

There's a full guide on our help page here, but if you want to remove an address from safe senders, it's recommended you select the option to block this.
