Email log in on windows PC

Hi 

I can log into my emails on my Apple phone and Apple Mac but for the last couple of days I cannot log into my emails on my Windows PC.

I have tried clearing all cookies and browsing history but it still won’t log into my emails on the PC    

Can anybody help please

Have you tried using a different browser?

No I never thought of that. Very good suggestion. I will try tomorrow and report back.

If you are using a shortcut to the email logon page it may be that you are using an old shortcut.

Try clicking on the Email button at the top if this page and if it works OK delete your old short cut and make a new one.

Thanks for the response. I had tried that before posting on this forum. I’m hoping the different browser suggestion will sort it out when I try tomorrow.

Thanks for the suggestion it worked. Computers are weird one day all is fine the next day it won’t work as it did.
