Hi
I have had no issues using my BT email on outlook until a couple of days ago when incoming emails are taking ages to arrive and sent ones are going straight to the Drafts and eventually being sent.
If i go directly to BT email on the BT site i recieve emails straight away but i cant sent them and recieve the error
too many messages (2.3.6.3)
We have BT broadband
Please could i have suggestions on how to fix this as I need my email working correctly

Are you sending the email to multiple contacts or just one?
Have you tried restarting the router?

No only sending to one person at a time.

Thank you it seems to have cured my BT webmail but not my Outlook unfortunately.
Any advice would be welcomed, its Office 365

Thanks for coming back to me.
Could you make sure the settings are correct as shown in the BT Email server settings help page.
If these are correct, could you deleting the app or if you're not using the app removing the email account from Outlook and setting this back up again.

I sent an error report to Outlook and they confirm they are having issues at the moment and mine is a known one.
I have to keep an eye on it to see if they manage a fix 😕 Meanwhile my BT webmail is working correctly
