Hi, I seem to be not receiving mails from Gmail accounts. I can send them and the two people I have asked are receiving mails from me but when they reply I don’t receive anything. I’ve taken my iPhone to apple and they confirm my phone is gine
Please log into BT Webmail and let us know if you're receiving the emails there. It's also worth checking your block list, in case the email address/domains have been accidentally blocked.
Log into webmail > Go to Settings > Mail > Block senders.
Thanks for the response. I checked my blocked email on webmail and found that Gmail and yahoo.com had been blocked. I removed the blockings and it seems ok now.
I certainly did not deliberately block these domains. I am puzzled how it happened.
I'm not sure on how it would have happened, but I know of other users who accidentally blocked a domain by mistake instead of blocking a specific email address.
