Logged into my email and only see a few folders. Inbox won't open. Get message :

I can't use the webmail at all and have work to do. Been like this for a while

me too.. all my BT emails asking to re-enter the passwords (on my phone and outlook) on the webpage the issues message
I have the same. Not getting any new emails either when check on my iphone.
Message on BT site saying they are aware of login issues and working on a fix

This has been going on since February 2024
Are the same IT experts still employed at BT ?
If so, why ?
Same problem, cannot log in from the BT email app on my Android or via webmail on laptop.
Just get an error message saying there are problems and please try later.
Me too, keep getting message to say log in details incorrect.
