Not fixed for me!
I can see my e-mails on BT Mail and on my Android phone, but not on my Windows 11 PC using Outlook.
Any ideas please?
Not in my case. I have tried repeatedly since yesterday evening to log on on my phone and tablet. Every time, I get a message saying that "we didn't recognise either your user name or password. Please try again."
My user name and password are both correct as I can log on using them on my computer.
It is totally unsatisfactory and I don't know how to resolve it.
I uninstalled then reinstalled. No luck last night but now working on all devices.
Everything seems to be working again for me today.
My login was marked as "expired" on the Android Mobile app, so had to re-login - thankfully no issues there.
As to the outage time, my last email received was 18:42 - noticed the "Experiencing Difficulties" message soon after that. First email after the outage 22:15 - a test email from another email account I use that had been sent at 19:30.

so that your problem could be dealt with instead of becoming mired and lost in this thread so please stick to the one thread as posting your problem on two threads only leads to confusion and unnecessary posts.
