Attempting to log in to BT Mail results in an endless loop of alternating blank pages and "Username, Password" forms. There is no time to enter a username or password before the page blanks and then returns to its endless cycle.
I was trying to log in to web mail because Outlook complained that my password suddenly didn't work. (Though it had worked up until then and I hadn't changed it!)
Without re-entering it, Outlook is now, once more, happy with the existing password.
I'm guessing the problem was with BT (?)
I have exactly the same issue...

My email account was working perfectly on Friday, then since Saturday mid-morning the issue started. This is not the first time i have had the exact same problem, it happened around 3 weeks ago as well.
Hi @CanardNoir
Great to hear Outlook is accepting your password again.
With regards to Webmail - Can you try clearing your browser cookies and cache and try again?
Ali
@stevensalter1
Is your issue when trying to access webmail too?
If so can you also try clearing your cookies and cache, or try an alternative browser?
Let me know how you get on.
Thanks
Ali
Chrome continues with the behaviour after clearing its cache.
Edge does the cycling twice and then asks me to login (again) then gets to the webmail page.
How are you getting to the logon page. Are you using a shortcut on your devices home page?
If you are try logging on with the "Email" button at the top of this page or with this link BTMail
If you find that works use that to make a new shortcut.
It behaves badly when I use the link at the top of this page.
Define "badly"!

What happens when you use the BTMail link I posted?
