Modify 2FA settings?

I have tried to change my 2FA settings in MYBT in order to be contacted by email rather than my phone.  However, all I get is the option to change my phone number.  I can't see any way of turning off 2FA either; has anyone else experienced this or has a solution?

There are many posts regarding this if have a search of the forum but the sjort answer is no you can't turn it off.
