New one - Email cannot be saved/sent

"Email cannot be saved/sent, there is a problem with the linked URL, please change or remove"- there is no url in what I am trying to write

This message usually pops up when the system thinks there’s a link in your message.

As @WSH mentioned, things like @ or // can sometimes cause this because they look like parts of a URL.

Check and remove anything that looks like a link.

It's also worth checking for any special characters or email signatures that might include links or images.
