Every time I send an email, instead of putting my name at the top, it repeatedly puts my email address in the header - could appear up to 4 times, right at the top. I'm sure that my sent mail used to put my name to indicate the sender, and only once. It's webmail. The email address in question is an account that I run mainly for a club and is in the format 'smithstreetfriends@btinternet.com' (not the real name!). It used to import my name into the sender header, so 'Fred Bloggs' would appear at the top of all emails. It's a sub-account of my main BT account.

Re: Repeated email address in 'From'
Hi @Frogmodem
An interesting situation you're experiencing.
Does this happen on all emails, or is it a selection of emails only?
Is this for both new email as well as if replying to an email?
Would you be able to pop into the email settings and check what your profile name is set as?

Thanks. For some reason both my first and second names had been replaced by the actual email address. It suddenly happened, as I definitely didn't alter my profile. Oh well...that's technology!
