Unable to access BT Email login page

I'm currently unable to access the BT Email login page. When I click on the "Email" tab on the BT homepage, I'm taken to the following webpage: https://email.bt.com/mail/index-rui.jsp?v=MX_3.10.0.2, which just permanently hangs. I can't even get to input my username and password.

This problem occurs on my pc, laptop and mobile phones, and on various browsers, e.g. Chrome and Edge. I've even tried clearing my cookies from my browsers but to no avail.

Any guidance or help would be gratefully appreciated.

There is nothing wrong with the link. It goes to the BTMail logon page.

Are you able to use the link on your mobile phone when using 4/5g rather than on your home BT Broadband network?

Thank you for you response. Using my mobile data, I can download the login page but once I input my details, I'm returned to the login page (without receiving any error message)

On your mobile phone using 4/5g once you get to the login page and input your details and then get returned to the logon page what happens if you then re enter your details?

Have you tried turning off your BT hub for half an hour? Once you turn it back on it will have been issued a new IP address and hopefully will be connected to a different email server which may resolve the problem

Using mobile data, when I enter my log in details, I'm generaly resent to the a log in page again (slightly different format). Very occasionally, I can access my email with mobile data.

For wifi access, I've tried re-booting my BT hub and also using secured wifi at friends and family locations but without success on Webmail.

For completeness, I can access my emails using the BT Email app

If you are having the problem at friends houses using their computer it rules out the problem being with your devices.

The problem must lie with your email account. You will need to contact BT 0330.1234.150 and ask for the email team and explain what is happening and what you have tried to resolve it.

I had the same problem first thing 2025-09-09.

It was working in the evening.

I deleted all my history on Edge and reset the settings to default.

In the morning, I could use Microsoft Outlook to send small test emails to myself. These worked. 

At the time, email.bt.com was taking much longer than normal to log in.
