As promised update Engineer attended pleasant bloke but man of few words, asked when I first had a issue then tested old Box removed it replaced it. I asked if he spotting anything and he said it could have been anything and off he went. Connection went down again this morning for a few seconds and returned will  have to watch.

When you say your connection went down again, did the blue light on your hub change colour? If so, to what? Was it flashing purple or steady orange?
