You can also see a difference in the length of the Inbox Scroll Bar button.

Obviously because the emails are no longer gathered to gether. If you look to left of the email subject in the list it will show the number of emails in that conversation.

That is true. You can tell if you need to toggle "view-Message Options:Conversation View". 

When not grouped together, you can scroll down to the bottom, and  then it gets another chunk of emails, so you can see all your emails eventually.

When grouped, it does not get another chunk and you can only see the first chunk. This makes it difficult to use.

Give it a go and try try changing the sort order.

I have 99+ emails in my inbox, which need sorting.  Is it because I have too many to GROUP BY ?

This problem is also seen on Webmail opened with Chrome on my Android 14 smart phone. 

Toggling the "view-Conversation View" workaround can be used with Chrome on my Android 14 phone. It enables me to see ALL my emails when they are not grouped.

The conversaton view is NOT a work around. It is doing exactly what it is designed to do!

The tab at the top reads Inbox  (1135 ) - doug.

1135 is the number of unread emails. - Time to delete the marketing emails! 

When grouped, I cannot most of them!

When I log into Webmail, it defaults to only showing the first 50 emails. 

I probably have a 2000 emails in my inbox, which I cannot read.

I power cycled my laptop. Many hours later I turned on the laptop and logged in and I can only see the first 50 emails.

When I turn off view-conversation view I can see many more emails and it fetches more when I scroll to the bottom.

Is it a bug? What do you think? Disabling "Conversation View" for the few people who use Webmail was really appreciated by Webmail users who could not see most of their old their emails.

You have been told about this every time you post about it. Can you please stop posting the same message repeatedly.

It is NOT a bug. It is doing what it is meant to do. If you have it turned on it is because you turned it on either because you chose it or you activated it be mistake. Read message 7.

When conversation view is enabled, you cannot manage a  large inbox of more than 50 emails.

If I make a complaint to BT to try and get this bug fixed, they auto close the comlaint unfixed in 7 days. We've now closed your complaint. Your reference number is VOL013-973768604497.

This feature that I think is a BUG has been around for over a year.
