unable to log into online btinternet email address whilst in Brazil

hi there, my son is away for another 4 months in south america and is unable to log into his online btinternet email from Brazil, it works fine when online in UK? (I can access it here).

keeps getting the error message saying "sorry, something went wrong at our end. please try again later".

using the following url  https://email.bt.com/mail

Please can anyone advise how he can get acces to his emails? thank you.

The link you have posted does not work.

Try this one BTMail 

If that does not work tell him to try using a VPN with a UK server. 

If he does not have a VPN he could use the Opera web browser which has a built in VPN which he could use.

I live in Brazil and am having the exact same problem. I have tried everything. Have bt blocked access in Brazil? It was fine until recently.

Have you tried the previous suggestions regarding using a VPN. 

Unlikely but it may be that BT have invoked section 7a of the BTMail Terms and Conditions.
