Last Sunday night, we lost all the channels on our You View box. We have run all the tests, replaced all the cables and are still unable to get any channels without plugging the aerial directly into the box. I have just spent over two hours talking to BT, re-run the tests etc. and still no joy. We have never had our aerial plugged directly into the box only into our TV. Can anyone help ?
Hi @AnnS52 thanks for posting. Be good to check if the TV box connected by a cable to your BT Hub or using Wi-Fi and that you are in "Internet Only" mode which is needed on the TV Box Pro when the aerial is not plugged in, so that the Freeview channels are received via the broadband connection.
