Re: BT TV Box Pro - comments/questions

It's noticeably faster too, even compared to the G5 everything is so much smoother

Re: BT TV Box Pro - comments/questions

I don't why they are saying to the press that it can only record up to 3?

It don't understand why they are stating that, as all the tech press are writing that on their web pages about the box

@DarrenW @DarrenDev   -   what are the chances of IPTV channels like Vision on 264 being enabled?

They are enabled @ozsat

They come via DTT but rely on the network to stream.

Re: BT TV Box Pro - comments/questions

When I tune to channel 264 (Vision TV) on the BT box - nothing happens at all.   Same for all the streamed services via the BT box.

It displays the programme title in the background and that's it!  No prompt or any activity pressing any key.

How do I use them on the new box?

On the Freeview tv you get an interactive menu automatically load with the option to stream different services.

Re: BT TV Box Pro - comments/questions

Hey @ozsat

Can you do me a favour and send me a picture of your experience on CH264 through your TV please?

I seem to get a different experience via 2 of our boxes so looks like something may not be right.

Re: BT TV Box Pro - comments/questions

@DarrenW- So the first is all you get on the BT Box Pro no matter how long you wait.

The second is after a few seconds on any other Freeview box - you get a "loading..." message almost straight away and then an interactive service is up and running.

Re: BT TV Box Pro - comments/questions

Currently only new customers or those recontracting as ViP can get one.
