BT TV Error Message BTP-115c

Hi I am new to this message board so apologies if this is in the wrong section

I have an error code BTP-115c on my BT TV pro box as soon as I try and go into BT TV. I have switched the unit off and on and factory reset the unit and the error prevails. From what I can read something needs to be instigated at the BT end? 

Can anyone please help.

Hi thanks for yhe reply. However it is as I thought from other posts an error at the BT end with the BT box not being associated with the account therefore rebooting the box or the hub has no affect and the issue has to retesolved by  phoned.
