BT you view box

I am having trouble connecting to the broadband, followed all instructions given and still unable to connect you view box to Internet. I have even gone directly to the main hub and used new cables still there is no connection I think the box is faulty need a replacement.

Is this a Box that was  previously  working normally  or a new Box which you are trying  to connect  for the first time ?

Which Box model is it  ?
