Definitely still a device limit of 2 normally, or 4 with BT TV App Extra.
Did you uninstall and then reinstall the app
@daveglos ? This can cause your device to be seen as a new one.
Email me at tv.apps@bt.com with the BT ID you're logged into the app with, and I can check your account and reset if necessary.
