I have had a faulty youview box replaced by BT.
I am getting emails saying to return the faulty box else I will be charged £115 box and to use the Returns bag.
There was NO returns bag sent with the new box, there is NO link on bt.com to request a returns bag.
I've asked on chat and by phone for a returns bag and been promised one, so far no returns bag has arrived.
Please can someone help? How do I avoid being charged, this is a stupid situation!
