Pro Box won't record Countdown!

My wife is very upset because the new box won't record Countdown!  I haven't had any problems with any other recordings.  I thought maybe the Paralympics were overrunning and messing up the program signal, but the old box has recorded Countdown no problem.  Any ideas?

Noticed tonight that the sceduled recording of Coronation Street only started recording when I brought the box out of standby. Wondering if this is why Countdown hasn't recorded because the box is normally in standby at that time of the day and other recordings have succeeded because the box has been switched on in the evening when they were scheduled. Will have to investigate further!
