I have had issues with BT Mail not syncing password changes through the estate. This has caused the SMTP server to not recognise the password and thus not send emails. That with the fact that a new version of webmail is being rolled out. It could have some knock on effects. Thought I would see if anyone else had the issue before I rip into Microsoft.
