Broadband issues

Hi hoping someone will be able to help

I’ve been with BT for 4 & a half years in my currently flat with no issues and on the copper broadband.

Around  4/5 months ago my downstairs neighbours ceiling came down and since it’s been fixed ve had constant issues with my internet.

3/4 months it be for a day or 2 sometimes 3 but would go back to nornal

For the last 3 and a half weeks my connection has been pretty much non existent. I’d say not working for about 80% of the times. Wi fi or cable connections so I’ve had to use my mobile date

So after  several  calls BT are saying no issues and apart from copper speeds no problems

ive done the broadband checks and when I’ve phoned they have rebooted my router and changed my wi fi signal.

It helps For anything from a couple of hours to a day then back to square one again.

No matter what I say they won’t listen to me that my internet is non existent

Has anyone else had similar issues or how i can proceed?

Thanks

Re: Broadband issues

You don’t say why the ceiling came down or whether your phone line comes in via next door’s ceiling, (which would seem a bit strange)?

Do you still have the old PSTN phone?  If so, do a quiet line test on 17070 and see if there is any noise on the line.  If there is report it as a phone issue, not a broadband issue.
