Hello, I've set up a MyBT account for my 83 year old mother so she can pay her bills via debit card on MyBT instead of writing a cheque, which she is finding difficult to do given her age. However, I've just received an email from BT entitled 'Some important news about your service" about BT phone bill packages.
I don't want to receive an email, I want to receive it via post so Mum can read it.
The contact preferences are set NOT to receive emails, but we still got an email, so how can I set it so she gets the same email through the post instead.
I include a screenshot of the contact preferences that have been set.

It looks like you've opted out of marketing/news emails, but service updates will still be sent to the contact information on the account.
If you have a chat with our customer support team, they'll be able to try to set the account up with your needs from our side.

Hello, thanks for your reply. It would have been easier to have an option in the MyBT account that I could set myself but I'll take your advice and contact BT about it.
