Hi everyone,
My sister has recently moved into a flat in what was a set of converted offices. It doesn't have any connectivity at all (and unfortunately 4G/5G has been poor) so I've been looking to see if we can have a line put in.
However, when checking, it seems that no provider currently lists the address. If you check the wholesale broadband tool, the address is listed but says "We cannot determine broadband availability at this location. This may be a new address to which connectivity is not yet complete."
Any ideas on how we can get connected? As far as I can tell, half the flats in the building have been fitted, and the other half haven't. It's also a non-FTTP area.
Thanks

is the address of the flat listed on the Royal Mail database?
It is! The UPRN that the wholesale checker has even matches the property. But no luck
Hi @Dwalker66,
Welcome to the Community!
Are any of the other properties in the building showing as connected? Have you been able to speak with the developers about the broadband availability?
Rach
Hi - I can see 3 of the other properties have been connected. So 3/6 in the block. Landlord isn't interested, just mentioned that it was possible and we could have it done if we wanted to.
It might be worth giving our team a call @Dwalker66 and they will be able to take a look into your installation options.
