I've spent hours and hours trying to get help from BT. Whenever I call I just get in a loop of them asking for my mobile number. Does anyone know how to contact someone to get broadband fixed. Thanks!

Why are you having problems?
Asking for a mobile number is perfectly routine..they need it to send you a log in code.
