Re: keeping my parents old phone number

Go to solution

Hi.

I want to change my elderly (90's)parents broadband and phone deal from Daisy to BT, but they want to keep their old phone number. This is important to them so I want to get it right. I wanted to try and get in touch with an actual person to make sure that this gets done properly but it isn't so easy these days to to do that.

I've heard others say that you just go through the ordering process and the phone part comes up anyway but I'm a bit doubtful.

Is there someone I can talk to about this or is it more straightforward than I think?

Regards.

Kris.

Yes, I forgot to mention that. My parents want to change from Daisy Business to a residential deal.

Daisy have just recently been asking my Dad to sign a new deal, that how this all got started. We looked at the deal and it was a really expensive deal, so I started looking around. My Dad then said he wanted to get rid of the business deal altogether and go to residential.

you need to phone CS 03301234150 and speak to someone there as it will not probably be straightforward changing a business number to a residential number and at same time moving to digital voice
