Seeing dropping on "core" BT node.

I am seeing quite a few packet drops on a core BT IP node. See the attached screen shot.

This node is dropping with my time-out of 2.5 seconds so this is reasonably serious.

Moderators can you pass this onto the relevant people in BT to get it fixed please as it is affecting some of our streaming services.

I have done a "Who is" on the IP address and here are the details -
