Urgent – Vulnerable Adult Left Without Internet

 

I need help with a broadband account for a customer who cannot speak and cannot manage the account himself. I am the person supporting him daily and BT will not talk to me to fix the issue. The service is off and he needs it back on as soon as possible. Please can a moderator help me.
