I created the account by mistake today

I mistakenly today created a BT account and I do not have any contract or phone number associated with it. I would like to:

  1. Permanently delete the BT account.

  2. Erase all associated personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Please confirm the deletion of my account and data via email or here.

this is a customer help customer community forum and you post does not go to BT

you can try the message now link to billing but I think you need CS

the is no online contact

If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data at our end, you can do so by checking out our online form here

Just to be 100% sure though, am I correct in thinking you haven't taken any actual products, and it's just the online account you have? 

Deleting this will not affect any outstanding contracts or orders.

Never opened contracts with BT. I want delete my account that was created by mistake.

Thanks for confirming @Rixolino. The form that @Peter_W mentioned above will be the best option for you to request to delete any information that is held.
