I am having an issue. My previous BT Community id is ******@gmail.com (which is active). This is before I left BT.
Now I came back to BT. Tried to make community iD as ******@icloud.com (without realising that I can simply change email in my profile settings).
When I try to change my email in settings, it says email has already been taken.
When I try to initiate a verification email for ******@icloud.com, I never receive one.
Can it be reset and I able to change my email in the settings from *******@gmail.com TO *******@icloud.com ?

you need to delete your email addresses as this is a public forum and you may get more spam email than you can handle

I'm unable to change my profile pic , it gives upload error to me ??
