Recognise a Bt employee

Hello I am new to this forum. I was wondering how you go about recognising an employee at Bt  for their outstanding help this morning concerning a re-issue telephone number?thanks Richard.

Thanks for your message.  I tried calling you quickly this morning - sorry to have missed you.  I have messaged you privately.

I just wanted to let you know that I have passed your comments to my colleague's team leader to recognise them for a job well done.
