123 formbuilder

Go to solution

123 formbuilder has stopped working on my Wix website.   Wix cannot do anything.  123 formbuilder say BT is blocking their domain and have raised the issue with BT.  What is being done -  I need my form back and working ?

The domain https://www.123formbuilder.com/ works for me on BT broadband, do you have parental controls enabled ? that could be a possible reason that stops you, disable it via www.bt.com/mybt , It could also be other security software like a firewall

Re: 123 formbuilder

Thanks. Why does it not work on my ipad or iphone either ? I also cannot get into 123 formbuilder website (I get just a simple menu listing - on any browser). 123 formbuilder tell me they have an issue with BT and have raised it with them - they say BT is blocking their domain. How do I get BT to do something (before I write to their CEO) ? Any ideas ?

Hi @Stevie-Ray ,

From a desktop browser and open up dev tools and record the network requests and load 23 formbuilder website what do you see? Any failed connections?

Do you have the Network wide parental controls enabled? You can check that on MyBT.

BT are not blocking this domain, I can visit it just fine as seen in my screen shot of the website, I have BT broadband so any block would of prevented me from visiting.

Have you checked www.bt.com/mybt to see if you have parental controls enabled ?

I've just posted a screen shot of when I try to logon to 123 formbuilder.  I DO NOT have parental controls on (never have).   I do not think this is a BT broadband issue -  it is a BT network and service provider issue ?  This has only recently happened -  the form on my website has work for years until the last week or so

So at least the styling resources aren't being requested by the looks.  The console tab should give an overview of what's not loading the the network tab should show the requests being made and their HTTP status code and response body.

Can you provide an output of the console tab please

The login page works fine for me, although it does move to a sub-domain from https://www.123formbuilder.com/ to https://app.123formbuilder.com

It just looks like the page never loaded correctly, it's 100% not a block though, have you tried reloading the page, you can also use the F5 key to reload it ?
