Hi I have been using BT cloud for years. I have one android phone backing up and one iphone. The iphone app is just not backing up and the actual file has disappeared when looking for it on the phone app to see where my back ups got to. Weirdly the separate iphone folder can be viewed when I check from the android or my windows pc. I have tried deleting and installing the app again but this has not helped. It looks like it has not backed up since the middle of June when looking at the back up folder from my other devices. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.
