Apologies for the lack of updates on this case.
As mentioned previously its been passed to a specialist team to investigate it on a network level.
In a great deal many cases you might actually hear something before I do, given the specialist nature.
I have a contact who I have reached out to today to get an update, regrettably in the last month when I have done this it's pretty much an update of it's still being investigated.
As soon as I have an update I will be in touch, it hasn't been forgotten about, but again I apologise for the length of time it's taking.
