Yes and changing the title makes no difference.
Thanks for trying that @BillGK
Sorry you're getting the same message.
My colleague @DavidM is dealing with your complaint and has passed this to our email specialists. He'll give you a shout when he receives word back from them.
Thanks,
Robbie
The Problem is ongoing. I was told it was being looked into but have received a complaint closed email. It looked like it was felt to be because I use MS Outlook as part of my MS Office 365 package to send and receive emails but have now been unable to send identical reply through BTmail as was being prevented by System Administrator. So the problem remains the same as it has been for the past three -four weeks. Just what is going on? What changed 3-4 weeks ago to create the problem? What can be done to stop it happening? Other than not replying to emails? Not happy

There is a simple answer. Stop using BTinternet email - use something else like Gmail.
That does not sound like a satisfactory solution when hundreds of people have my email address.

It can take a few months to inform everyone, but sticking with something that doesn't work correctly for you also isn't satisfactory I guess.
You can even use the Gmail (or similar) to send out these group messages while still keeping your BTinternet address. A simple one-off email to the recipients to tell them why you are changing might be useful as a start - that way they can expect to receive from a different address than they expect.
Changing to a non ISP email address makes moving to another ISP much easier.
So is the advice that no one should use btinternet.com for email?

Clearly it's a personal opinion, and many - possibly most - don't have any issues. However over the years there have been a great many issues raised in this forum and long ago in newsgroups.
My personal opinion is for people not to use any ISP dedicated email, since moving to other ISPs can cause issues or costs.
I am paying BT for a service and am not receiving it - someone need so sort this out:
I am also having similar problems - cant send emails to multiple recipients if a hyperlink is in original email - as soon as I remove hyperlink it sends to all parties! Not sure if this is same problem or connected but its a right pain in the bum.
Advice appreciated
