I have paid for a Thinkific course. Three of us with BT accounts cannot join. We either get time out issues or secure issues. I have used different devices and different browsers to access the internet. I was advised to turn off Smart set up but it still did not work. Does anyone here have knowledge that could help us as the Thinkific experts have tried everything.

Have you tried changing DNS servers on the device you are using?
Google: 8.8.8.4 and 8.8.8.8
Open DNS: 208.67. 222.222 and 208.67. 220.220
Cloudflare: 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1

Try turning off BT Web Protect and BT Parental controls, and see if its the cause of the problem.
You do this via your MyBT account under extras section.
