Moved to a new house last week, internet due to be activated today. Received email at 0700 saying everything was done on BT's end it was up to us now...have had the home hub on and ready since yesterday, home hub was flashing purple. Then received text from BT at 1400 to say internet was ready to use, tried the home hub once more when i got home, still not connecting. Checked status online, order completed. Internet is a necessity from tomorrow and have currently spent 40 minutes on hold trying to phone BT to ask them to reassure me the internet will be working tomorrow!

Hiya, the phone line works perfectly, currently been on hold to BT support for 1 hour and 5 minutes now. Absolutely fuming
