Activation day has been and gone...

My broadband was meant to have been activated yesterday after a house move but after being promised over live chat that it would be it has not. What are the chances this comes live today?

Hi, 

I was waiting for my Broadband and Landline to be activated by 9th September 2020, but it has gone live today after 10 to 12 calls from 10th Sept to 16th Sept. they final managed to resolve it today.

I would call them and tell.

I hope it gets sorted by today....

Thanks, I have spoken on live chat and there is a 'fault' which should be resolved by the 21st. I moved away from Vodafone for this exact same issue in another property. Lets see if BT can better Vodafone here.

You will have to keep on top of them. Constant nagging worked. I reached a tipping point I treathen them to throw their equipment in the street. 

It worked and my activation Landline and broadband within couple of hours.
